Orenco’s AdvanTex® AX-Mobile™ Treatment Systems are a portable, proven technology for treating primary-treated effluent to better-than-secondary standards, including nitrogen-reduction. They consist of a sturdy, fully-plumbed and prewired, watertight fiberglass tank incorporating recirculation-blend and discharge tankage into a single module. Units include pumping systems, ventilation, and a lightweight, highly absorbent, engineered textile media that treats a tremendous amount of wastewater in a small space. Learn even more here.
Applications
AX-Mobile Treatment Systems are intended for remote or temporary wastewater treatment applications requiring an advanced secondary treatment system, including work camps, forward operating bases, disaster relief and temporary flow diversions. They eliminate the need for separate recirculation and discharge tanks by performing both functions within a single unit. Multiple units can be arranged to accommodate larger flows, and units incorporating primary treatment tankage are available.
Flows
Depending on the model chosen, a single AdvanTex AX-Mobile unit can treat flows of 5000-15,000 gpd (18.9-56.8 m3/ day).
